Job Title: Car Controller
Location: In-person
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Start Date: ASAP

Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are now seeking an experienced Car Controller to join our Business Class operations team, a fast-paced and professional environment where precision, communication, and teamwork are essential.

In this key role, you will be responsible for allocating jobs to drivers using our advanced despatch system, ensuring every journey is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional service as part of a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate jobs to drivers efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
• Carry out general administrative tasks
• Consistently maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience (Essential)
• Proficient in computer use
• Familiarity with the Freedom despatch system (Desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of London and the Home Counties
